Another Life star Jessica Camacho has exclusively chatted to Digital Spy about the possibility of the show getting a second season.

The science fiction thriller from Killjoys and Slasher writer Aaron Martin arrived on Netflix over the summer, depicting the appearance of mysterious alien Möbius strips on earth.

The Flash's Camacho starred as the communications expert sent onboard the Salvare to investigate the origins of the alien contact.

When Digital Spy recently chatted with her about her new CBS show All Rise, we also touched on the possibility of returning to Another Life.

"I don't know [if we're getting a second season]," she told us exclusively. "I am certainly hoping for one. I was so proud when I finally got to stream it.

"I binged Another Life. I sat down and was super into it, and having worked on it, I'm so proud of everyone and how it came together. I really, really am hoping for a season two."

Her co-star, and the show's producer, Katee Sackhoff did recently confirm Another Life has the potential to continue for three seasons.

"We had the outline of what the show was going be, but I was in the writers' room and I got to really put what I feel is my fingerprint on the show, which is something that I was really looking forward to," she told Collider.

"So, we know where the show potentially will go for the first three seasons. As an actor, that was new for me. To really be a part of those conversations and to have an opinion was really cool."

She added: "I love this character, and I love the cast and the crew, and I want to do everything in my power to see it come back, for many years."

Jessica Camacho is set to appear in CBS's All Rise, which premieres in the US on Monday, September 23.
