Ant and Dec win another award after record-breaking 18th NTAs win
In news that surprised almost no-one, but divided quite a few, Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly won their 18th consecutive National Television Award this week.
Although Ant had taken a substantial part of the year off to focus on his recovery from addiction and alcohol dependency, the best friends proved themselves to be the nation's favourite once more when their win was announced on Tuesday (January 22).
It was a touching moment for fans, with a visibly emotional Ant acknowledging that Dec had done most of their work alone, but it wasn't their only win of the week.

We hope they've got a big trophy cabinet, that's all we're saying.
The pair revealed their record-breaking news on Twitter yesterday, sharing their latest "lovely" achievement with fans.

Yes, Ant and Dec are now officially the Guinness World Record holders for the most consecutive wins of Best Presenter at the National Television Awards.
We wonder who the record holder was before that, eh?
Meanwhile, Ant and Dec recently confirmed they had reunited (professionally) for the first time since Ant's leave of absence, declaring the boys were "back in town" as filming for Britain's Got Talent kicked off.
Well, that 19th NTA won't win itself.
