Ant McPartlin has checked into rehab to treat his issues with prescription drugs and alcohol.
Ant told The Sun on Sunday: "The first step is to admit to yourself you need help."
According to the newspaper, the Britain's Got Talent co-host will spend a couple of months getting treatment in a rehab facility after telling his wife Lisa Armstrong and co-star Declan Donnelly about his problems.
It's thought that Ant has been suffering from anxiety and depression, as well as chronic pain caused by a problem in his right knee – for which he started taking the prescription meds.
"I feel like I have let a lot of people down and for that I am truly sorry," he added.
"I want to thank my wife, family and closest friends for helping me through this really difficult time.
"I've spoken out because I think it's important that people ask for help if they're going through a rough time and get the proper treatment to help their recovery."
Dec later thanked fans on Twitter for all the support they've shown Ant, adding that he'd be "touched" by their well wishes.
Thank you for all the kind messages and well wishes for the big fella. He will be touched. Your support is, as ever, much appreciated.- antanddec (@antanddec) June 18, 2017
