Antonio Brown granted bail, issued mental health evaluation by judge

Antonio Brown has been ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation in his bail deal after the former NFL star turned himself in on Thursday, days after an incident in front of his Hollywood, Fla. home, according to Cameron Wolfe of ESPN.

An arrest warrant was issued on Wednesday and he was charged with felony burglary with battery, burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and criminal mischief, after allegedly attacking a moving truck driver, according to ESPN.

The 31-year-old’s attorneys believe he was “overcharged” and believe the charges will be different once they return to court, according to Wolfe.

Brown is currently facing a potential life felony on the burglary with battery charge.

He played 10 seasons in the NFL for the Pittsburgh Steelers and New England Patriots.
