Alex Reid has said that he is taking legal action against ex-wife Katie Price after she allegedly made public a sex tape featuring him in drag.

Price, 39, is said to have showed a video of the cage fighter in drag as Roxanne to a TV audience during the filming of Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit On The Side last month, according to The Sun.

Reid said he was left “upset” by the tape which allegedly shows him in a corset and fishnets while performing a lewd act on a sex toy.

In a statement he told The Sun: “I am very upset that such private matters are once again being aired in the press.

“I am taking legal action against Katie Price over her actions and I will not be commenting publicly any further.”

Reid is said to have reported the incident from January 9 to the police.

Price – who was married to Reid for two years before they split – previously said she would “never, ever, over my dead body” reveal the tapes.

Reid reported Price to police last July after claiming she showed lewd pictures of him to friends. He claimed the pictures were taken without his consent when he was intoxicated.

Speaking to the Sunday People at the time he said: “I have reported her. Enough is enough.

“After seven years of bullying, harassment and threats I’ve had enough.

“I’ve been persecuted and it has to stop somewhere. Ultimately I want to be friendly. I did love her once but she is causing me, and everyone around me, my loved ones, so much pain.”

The news comes days after Price was invited to Parliament to lobby MPs over online trolls who have targeted her disabled son Harvey, 15.

Standard Online has contacted a representative for Price for comment.
