Another day, another Bushtucker Trial for I'm a Celebrity's Amir Khan.

Yes, it appears that the British public has chosen its designated I'm a Celeb victim, as Amir was voted to do this evening's (November 21) second trial, after failing miserably with the first.

So, how did the former world champion cope with today's 'Flushed Out'? Pretty damn well, surprisingly.

Guys, we think he's finally cracked it!

Fortunately (or perhaps not) for Amir, today's trial steered clear of any snakes, as the boxer was instead imprisoned in a tank that slowly filled up with the likes of eels, mud crabs and yabbies.

Before taking on the challenge, Amir confessed to Ant and Dec: "Maybe they found it funny me being scared. Me being a world champion boxer but scared of little bugs."

Er yeah, maybe.

Despite finding the trial "so hard" and leaving himself with only seconds to spare, Amir delivered a knockout blow and was sent back to camp with a well-deserved meal ticket.

Thrilled at the prospect of eating something other than rice and beans for once, Amir appeared to have turned a corner Down Under.

"I was so focused. I wouldn't let me team mates down in camp," he said, as he reflected on his trial. "I can go back now and make my camp smile."

Let's see if it lasts, eh?

I'm a Celebrity airs weekdays at 9pm on ITV.
