Here's when you can play in Disney's Toy Story Land

Disney World is inviting fans from all over the world to play with their favourite cowboys, astronauts and talking potatoes from Toy Story later this year.

Last summer, Disney shared with the world that it was in the midst of constructing Toy Story Land across 11 acres of land at its Hollywood Studios park in Florida, and now it's nearly time to open the gates.

A huge announcement was made on Good Morning America on Friday (February 16) that Toy Story Land will officially welcome its first guests on Saturday, June 30. So mark your calendars now.

Toy Story Land will be filled with larger-than-life props from the film, like a giant T. Rex and a Buzz Lightyear statue, as well as a Woody's Lunch Box that serves real food.

Let's not forget about the rides! Side's creepy Claw game has been turned into a Alien Swirling Saucers ride, and there's also a Slinky Dog Dash roller-coaster to take visitors around the entire attraction.

Disney is additionally working on a 4D Toy Story Midway Mania ride, where you'll be have the option of being taken down one of three interactive tracks exploring the wonders of Woody's toy box.

Hopefully, the new attraction will keep fans busy since there's going to be a bit of a wait before Toy Story 4 reaches cinemas.

The long-awaited sequel, which centers around Woody and Bo Peep's epic love story for the ages, will be arriving in cinemas on June 21, 2019.
