It's been a year now since Pretty Little Liars ended, and we aren't the only ones who've been missing the show.

Pretty Little Liars star Shay Mitchell, recently spoke to Life & Style about her time on the drama and shared what she misses the most about it.

"The cast and the crew and the craft service - let's be honest that was a huge part of it," she told Life & Style. Sounds like they had some really good food on set.

And Shay, who played Emily Fields on the show, went on to talk about how much she misses the crew and working alongside her co-stars.

"Being in New York with those girls, yeah I miss the family that we created. When you're with people for seven years, I saw them way more than I saw my own family, so just getting to hear how their kids are doing and seeing people's kids from zero to seven, it was like the craziest thing."

But if you're all worried thinking that the Pretty Little Liars cast – Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale, Sasha Pieterse and Troian Bellisario – have all gone their separate ways once the show ended, no need to fear, since they're all still BFFs.

"It's a really close-knit family that we built, so it's awesome to have those relationships still and know that they'll be life-long friendships," she said.

Shay also opened up about how Pretty Little Liars successfully tackled important issues which other shows tend to shy away from.

"Even playing the character that I did, it opened up a lot of conversations for girls and guys to have that initial conversation with their families about whatever it is that they may not have felt comfortable talking about before," she said.

"So, I loved that the show was a great vehicle for them to start those conversations."

We're now just counting down the days until Pretty Little Liars' spin-off show The Perfectionists comes onto our TV screens.
