The Apprentice 2025: The Cheltenham bodybuilder set to take part in this year's series
A competitive bodybuilder from Cheltenham is set to appear in the new series of BBC's reality game show, The Apprentice - and says she is "so excited" to take part. Mia Collins is one of 18 hopeful candidates battling it out for the opportunity to win a £250,000 investment, as well as mentorship, from Lord Alan Sugar, to get their own start-up business plans up and running.
Mia, who grew up in Cheltenham and attended University of West England (UWE) in Bristol, is hoping to launch her meal prepping side hustle, MiMeals, into a fully-fledged business model, offering a fully-catered meal prep service, freshly cooked every week, and delivered straight to customers' doors. Speaking about her business model, she said: "Meal prepping has been a huge part of my life for years, and I’m incredibly proud to have transformed it into a successful side hustle.
"My life revolves around the gym and food prep, and I love being able to help others improve their diets, too. Seeing my clients achieve their fitness goals whilst enjoying delicious, nutritious meals makes me so proud.

And when asked why she deserves Lord Sugar's investment, Mia went on: "I’ll be up against some fierce competition, but I’ve built something I am truly passionate about and will continue to dedicate myself to. I believe my business stands out in its industry, it’s about more than just meal prep - it’s about creating a healthier community, saving clients time, and being a brand built on passion."
After being announced as a contestant on series 19 of The Apprentice, Mia shared the news to her Instagram page, writing: "The secret is out! I am so excited to announce I will be a candidate on this year's season of The Apprentice!
"I’ve always dreamed of being a part of this process, watching every year thinking “I could do that”. Turns out it was much more difficult than I thought, but I have embarked on one of the greatest journeys I’ve ever been on and loved EVERY SECOND!
"I’ll be representing us fitness and food girlies, does MiMeals have what it takes to win Lord Sugar’s £250,000? Tune in every Thursday 9pm from Jan 30th to find out! I’m so excited."
