Ariana Grande demands to be carried into Starbucks by James Corden in hilarious Carpool Karaoke

Ariana Grande demanded to be carried by Late Late Show host James Corden in a hilarious episode of Carpool Karaoke.

In the latest instalment of the popular skit, Corden quizzed the No Tears Left to Cry singer on the most bizarre stories she’d read about herself, with Grande revealing that pregnancy rumours were the most common.

However, the 39-year-old then probed her on a photograph where she was being carried by her tour manager.

He asked: “I read a thing that you insist on being carried by your security.”

Grande was quick to clear up the confusion: “I’ll tell you what happened. There was a picture of me being carried by my tour manager because I had just shot a video in point shoes and I posted it because I thought it was cute.

“My toes were bleeding and I was in pain so I was like ‘aw cute thank you.’ I don’t get carried anywhere that’s so stupid! Are you crazy?”

With Grande later complaining that she’s hungry Corden suggested stopping off at a Starbucks.

Rather than walking in, Corden leant over allowing the Bang Bang singer to jump on his back as they entered the coffee shop.

Introducing herself to onlookers, Grande said: “Hi, I’m Ariana Grande and I must be carried.

“Did you know I demand to be carried everywhere? That is the kind of popstar I am. I just want y’all to know. If you see me anywhere it’s because I didn’t walk there myself I promise.”

Sitting back in the car Grande mockingly thanked Corden, saying: “Thank you. Perfect, just what I’m used to.”

Earlier this week the duo paid tribute to the movie Titanic in a skit on the show.

Comedian Corden posted a video of the sketch on Twitter hailing Grande, 25, “insanely talented” for her performance.

In the video, they remade the soundtrack to the 1997 blockbuster in a live performance that spanned 13 songs.
