Ariana Grande shocked contestants after making a surprise appearance on hit TV show RuPaul’s Drag Race.
The pop superstar, 29, stunned onlookers as she entered the iconic Werk Room disguised under a mannequin chest and head.
The unique outfit, called Ornacia, was inspired by former contestant Vivacious.
Revealing her identity, Ariana repeated Vivacious’ signature catchphrase “Mother has arrived!” and put her hands up in the air with glee.
Ms Grande reprised her role as a guest judge for the premiere of season 15 on Friday.
She previously popped up in the seventh series in 2015.
Ms Grande follows in the footsteps of other pop heavyweights including Lady Gaga and Christina Aguilera, who have judged during the season premiere.
It comes after drag queens took part in a catwalk show at the opening of RuPaul’s DragCon UK in east London on Friday.
The three-day celebration of queer culture and drag involves more than 100 queens from the television’s ‘Drag Race‘ franchise, including the likes of Pangina Heals, Lemon, Baga Chipz and Mo Heart.
The event, at the Excel centre in Docklands, also features stage performances and a DJ set from RuPaul.
