Arizona Authorities Seize Alligator Snapping Turtle From Tucson Resident

An alligator snapping turtle was seized by authorities in Tucson, Arizona, on October 22 after it was discovered in the home of a local resident.

The Arizona Game and Fish Department Tucson posted a video on its Twitter and Facebook accounts and said the homeowner was charged with possession of restricted live wildlife. It added that the turtle was transferred to the Phoenix Herpetological Society.
