Arizona Storms Bring Dramatic Lightning and Power Outages

Monsoon storms moving through the Phoenix, Arizona, area knocked out power to over 400 Arizona Public Service and Salt River Project customers by Monday night, September 16, according to local reports.

This footage was shared by Twitter user @Acmhome71, who said it was filmed in Rainbow Valley, about 40 miles southwest of Phoenix.
