Arrests Made as Windows Smashed at Portland Campus Starbucks

At least two people were arrested as deputies from the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office interrupted what they said was a “potential arson” at a Starbucks on the campus of Portland State University on the night of November 2.

The sheriff’s office said windows were broken at the PSU Public Safety Office, before the Starbucks was targeted. They said “individuals smashed windows and poured flammable liquid inside.”
