Arsenal vs Chelsea team news: Alexandre Lacazette and Mesut Ozil start as Antonio Conte names strong XI

Alexandre Lacazette and Mesut Ozil were selected to start against Chelsea in Beijing as the Gunners prepared for their fourth pre-season friendly.

Arsene Wenger's men have already beaten Sydney FC, West Sydney Wanderers and Bayern Munich and will look to maintain their perfect record at the Bird's Next Stadium.

Cohen Brammall will start alongside a team of first-team regulars with Granit Xhaka, Aaron Ramsey and Alex Iwobi for company.

Per Mertesacker and Nacho Monreal will be alongside Ainsley Maitland-Niles, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is expected to play wing-back and David Ospina is between the sticks.

Meanwhile, Antonio Conte named the strongest XI available to him as the Blues prepared to face Arsenal just eight weeks after FA Cup Final defeat to the same opponents.

Thibaut Courtois starts in goal, while Cesar Azpilicueta, David Luiz and Gary Cahill make up the back three. Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso occupy the wing-back roles and Cesc Fabregas partners N'Golo Kante in midfield.

Willian starts next to Nichy Batshuayi and Pedro in a front three, with Eden Hazard injured and club-record signing Alvaro Morata yet to join the team following his transfer.
