Arsene Wenger has stuck with a three-man defence as Arsenal take on Manchester City in today's FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.

Gabriel, Laurent Koscielny and Rob Holding start at the back, with Olivier Giroud leading the line ahead of Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez in attacking midfield.

Wenger changed to a three-man back line for Monday's 2-1 win at Middlesbrough and sticks with the new system against Pep Guardiola's City.

Arsenal have a number of injury problems with David Ospina (back), Danny Welbeck (toe), Shkodran Mustafi and Lucas Perez (thigh) all missing, while Jeff Reine-Adelaide (ankle) and Santi Cazorla (Achilles) will not play again this season.

Theo Walcott and Hector Bellerin will be left diappointing after missing out on recalls, though there is a place on the bench for Alex Iwobi.

Arsenal starting XI: Cech; Gabriel, Koscielny, Holding; Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ramsey, Shaka, Monreal; Ozil, Sanchez, Giroud

Man City starting XI: Bravo; Navas, Kompany, Otamendi, Clichy; Yaya, Fernandinho; De Bruyne, Silva, Sane; Aguero
