When it comes to Christmas party dressing, you probably think of glamour, bold colour and lashings of sparkle. Three things that the fashion set immediately associate with Ashish.

The Deli-born, London-based designer has become known over the years for his sequin-splashed creations, which have been taking London Fashion Week by storm since 2005.

Today, following previous successful collaborations with Topshop, the designer released his latest high street collaboration, this time with Warehouse. And the timing couldn't be better.

The 14-piece collection, filled with sparkle and punchy primary hues, is centred around party-ready sequin dresses.

The stand-out piece? A high-necked, thigh-split, pillar box red gown.

"I wanted to create a really signature capsule collection with lots of sequins, strong clean shapes, dramatic colours - empowering clothes. Very classic pieces that are really special, but also fun to wear, and easy to mix into any wardrobe," Ashish said.

If you're not one for full-on sparkle, the collection also has an array of more subtle sequin tops. For when you want to ace that smart-casual dress code, there's a t-shirt , funnel neck and boob tube.

As for Ashish's top pick from the collaboration, he's all about the sunshine yellow trench.

"My favourite piece is the yellow trench because it looks like a vinyl mac, but the sequins just make it so luxe, it’s the perfect high/low mix," he said.

"It's super easy to wear and the perfect way to elevate a really casual look."
