Assault leaves man with head injuries in Ashford

Police have issued an appeal for witnesses

A man who was assaulted in Ashford at the weekend was left with head injuries. Police have issued an appeal after the man was attacked on Sunday, November 10, following a verbal altercation

Witnesses are sought who may have seen the altercation between the victim, a man in his thirties, and the occupants of a silver car. The incident took place between 8.45pm and 10pm.

Kent Police was called to the scene in Ashford’s High Street and the victim was taken to a local hospital after sustaining head injuries. Detectives are appealing for witnesses to come forward, or anyone who has information, CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage which might assist enquiries.
