Atmospheric River Causes Dangerous Driving Conditions in Southern California
An atmospheric river brought heavy snow to the San Gabriel Mountains in Southern California on Tuesday, March 21.
The snow caused low visibility on roads, Caltrans said, urging motorists to postpone travel if possible.
