The tennis season’s grand finale returns to London for the 10th successive year as the O2 Arena plays host to the ATP Finals.

Novak Djokovic is the odds-on favourite to claim a sixth title with Roger Federer, who lost his opener on Sunday, still likely to pose the strongest opposition to the Wimbledon and US Open champion.

Djokovic returns to the O2 courts on Monday against Rafael Nadal stand-in John Isner, while Akexander Zverev faces Marin Cilic in the early singles match-up.

Nadal's absence means Djokovic, who won the London event four years on the spin from 2012, will end a brilliant year as world No1.

In Monday's doubles matches, Oliver Marach and Mate Pavic beat Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut, with Lukasz Kubot and Marcelo Melo due to face Americans Mike Bryan and Jack Sock.
