Australian Breakfast TV Show Studio Shakes During Melbourne Earthquake

A magnitude 5.8 earthquake struck Mansfield, Victoria, and was felt around 200km (124 miles) away in Melbourne, the state’s capital, on September 22.

Footage by ABC News Breakfast shows the moment presenters Michael Rowland (left) and Tony Armstrong (right) felt the earthquake’s tremors in the broadcaster’s television studios in Melbourne.

Geoscience Australia, the Australian government agency that reports on significant earthquakes, said the earthquake was detected at 9:15am and was 10-kilometres deep.
