Authorities Say California's Bogart Fire Human-Caused

Authorities believe a wildfire in Riverside County, California, which prompted evacuations, was human caused and are seeking tips from anyone who may have seen someone set the fire. The Bogart Fire stood at 1,250 acres and was 20 percent contained as of Wednesday, August 31. The fire, which started on Tuesday, prompted evacuation orders, but some were lifted by that night, according to the incident report.
