Authorities Warn of Reduced Visibility in Minneapolis–Saint Paul Metro Area Ahead of Winter Storm

The National Weather Service (NWS) warned of reduced visibility as a “quick moving burst of snow” traveled through the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro area on Monday, February 20, ahead of a forecast winter storm.
