MILAN x (Reuters) - Italian transport restaurant group Autogrill <AGL.MI>, which has already declined to forecast full year 2020 results, on Thursday also withdrew its guidance for 2021 after reporting a 52.7% fall in like-for-like sales in the first half of the year.

Revenue between January and June came in at 1.1 billion euros (994.1 million pounds) as activity in its restaurants in airports and motorways across the world was reduced to a minimum because of the coronavirus crisis.

In the month of June, sales were down nearly 80%, the group controlled by the Benetton family said, adding that the underlying operating loss was 297 million euros.
