Avengers Infinity War trailer: New mammoth look at Marvel film teases huge character death

Avengers: Infinity War has dropped a mammoth new trailer that's teasing more action that Marvel fans will know what to do with.

With the film set to cap a particular phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it certainly seems like directors Anthony and Joe Russo have pulled out all the stops with what could be the superhero film to end all superhero films - not to mention the last hurrah for several characters.

The lingering threat of Thanos (James Brolin) is now pushed front and centre as his quest to collect the Infinity Stones - which when placed in his gauntlet will basically hand him humanity - intensifies with intense opposition from pretty much every single superhero going (minus one particular character).

This adventure will see likes of Iron Man (Robert Downey, Jr), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) on-screen alongside the Guardians of the Galaxy - led by Chris Pratt and Zoe Saldana - for the very first time, not to mention offering fans a fresh visit to Wakanda mere months after Black Panther.

The remainder of Infinity War's confirmed ensemble includes Paul Rudd, Jeremy Renner, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Hiddleston, Tom Holland, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Sebastian Stan...
