Baby Among Four Children and Six Adults Rescued by Coast Guard Amid Washington Flooding

A baby was among four children and six adults rescued by the Coast Guard on November 15 near Forks as floods hit Washington state.

The National Weather Service said an atmospheric river brought heavy rain to the Pacific Northwest, with winds of up to 93 mph recorded in the state.

The severe wind and rainstorms prompted Washington Gov Jay Inslee to declare a severe weather state of emergency in 14 counties.
