Baby Lumpsucker Is The Cutest Fish Ever

Nemo may have just lost his claim to be the world’s cutest fish as the Baby Lumpsucker is staking its claim for the title.

Alright, so the name doesn’t exactly scream CUTE, but just look at how tiny!

And those eyes are more like something you’d see from a dog rather than the cold, blank stare you usually get with creatures from the deep.

Don’t just take our word for it - it seems as though the world has fallen for the little Lumpsucker.

Comments on photo sharing site Imgur, where the pic was posted, are full of love for the fishy.

One wrote: “You just know that Pixar is going to make a movie about this little guy... I can't wait!”

Another added: “How did I not know these were a thing? Have these always been a thing? I need them.”

Someone was sceptical that it was even a fish, writing: “I’m almost positive this is a Pokemon.”

Lumpfish are found in colder waters like the Arctic and North Atlantic Ocean and use their odd-shaped fins to stick themselves to the bottom of the ocean - literally ‘sucking’.
