Yahoo News Bad Boys 3 first look sees Will Smith and Martin Lawrence reunited
In case you still have trouble believing that Bad Boys 3, AKA Bad Boys For Life, is actually happening, we've got the first look at filming on the long-delayed threequel.
More than two decades after the original movie (and 16 years since the sequel), Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are officially back in action as detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett as this filming pic shows.
The threequel sees the old school Bad Boys clash with a modern, highly specialised police unit when a new threat emerges in Miami.
Joe Pantoliano is reprising his role as the duo's long-suffering boss Captain Howard, while newcomers to the franchise include Vanessa Hudgens, Alexander Ludwig, Charles Melton, Jacob Scipio and Paola Nuñez.
Filming on the threequel started on Monday (January 14) and it was revealed yesterday that DJ Khaled will be playing an unknown role in the movie as well.

Earlier this month, Will Smith shared a photo of the movie's script that appeared to confirm its official title of Bad Boys For Lif3. But it seems that might just be a style thing as DJ Khaled is posing by a chair with the more conventional Bad Boys For Life.
Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah have taken over from Michael Bay as directors for the threequel, which will be released in cinemas on January 17, 2020.
