Back in April the British Academy held a largely virtual BAFTA Film Awards ceremony for which the stars of silver screen delivered some major fashion moments, albeit remotely.
Last night BAFTA returned to an hybrid physical and digital format for the TV Awards, held once again at the London Television Centre.
And while restricted in numbers, those that did hit the red carpet for TV’s biggest night of the year served up some serious style moments. Among the best dressed was Letitia Wright, who opted for a crystal-embellished preppy Prada shirt dress, and It’s a Sin star Lydia West who looked elegant in a monochrome Loewe gown paired with Jessica McCormack jewellery. Jodie Comer meanwhile looked effortlessly cool in Tiffany jewellery and chic navy tailoring from sustainable designer Gabriela Hearst.
Bridgerton’s Nicola Coughlan and Golda Rosheuvel were also talk of the ton; Coughlan in a retina-searing A-line tomato-hued Valentino gown paired with electric blue eyeshadow, Vashi jewellery and fuchsia Valentino mules, and Rosheuvel in a black gothic floral Simone Rocha puffball dress and pearl-embellished brogues.
