Bagpipe Players Honor Those Fallen on Eve of 9/11 Anniversary

People listened as bagpipes were played at the 9/11 memorial site in New York City on Friday, September 10, a day before the country marked 20 years since the 2001 attacks.

Events were being held in New York and other states ahead of the anniversary. This footage, taken near a pool at the 9/11 memorial in downtown Manhattan, shows members of the New York City Police Department playing bagpipes and drums.
