It didn't take long for new The Great British Bake Off judge Prue Leith to work her way into the hearts of the nation, and there are plenty of people who want to see her on more TV shows.

While we'll have to wait and see what shows she will pop up on, there is one reality TV competition that she will never do, and it's not because she doesn't want to do it.

"I was asked if I would do Dancing On Ice," she told The Star on Sunday. "I thought it'd be the perfect way to get fit, lose a lot of weight and learn a new skill.

"I was actually quite excited, but my team said, 'Absolutely not'.

"They told me I was far too old and if I fell over I would break something – and then I thought they were probably right."

Hopefully Prue's team haven't ruled her out of the similar but less dangerous Strictly Come Dancing, but if they have then she could always do I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!

We could easily see her becoming the mother figure of the camp and making it to the final five with no sweat at all, plus it'd be great to see her nibble on a kangaroo anus and try to give it a balanced review.

The Great British Bake Off airs Tuesday nights at 8pm on Channel 4.
