Bald Eagle Released into Wild After Being Hit by Car in Montana

A bald eagle was released back into the wild after it was hit by a car in Gallatin Canyon, Montana, this video shows.

Montana Raptor Conservation Center shared this footage on April 2 showing the eagle returning to its natural habitat.

The center said on Facebook that the eagle was hit by a car in Gallatin Canyon and was rescued by citizens. “The bird was lucky to only suffer minor injures and is now back where it belongs!” it said. Credit: Montana Raptor Conservation Center via Storyful
