Balearic and Caribbean holiday islands are among 16 destinations recently added to the UK government’s green travel list. From next Wednesday, Brits will be able to jet off to destinations including Malta, Turks and Caicos Islands, and Ibiza, without having to quarantine upon their return. Although passengers must take one Covid test after arriving back in the UK. But most holiday hotspots are still on the amber list, meaning travellers will still need to self-isolate when returning from France Italy, mainland Spain and most other European countries. Transport Secretary Grant Shapps confirmed the news on Thursday evening. The changes will come into effect from 4am on June 30th.
