Ball bearings fired at homes and vehicles reported to police among other incidents
Multiple car break-ins in one night in the same area of Gloucestershire, and ball bearings being fired at a home in another part of the county, are two recent reports made to Gloucestershire Police in the past week. Other incidents include numerous burglaries of peoples homes and car break-ins as well.
These incidents have been reported to Gloucestershire Police and details of the crimes can be found on the Your Community Alerts Gloucestershire website. Cirencester and South Cereny: On the night of Thursday September 26 between 10pm and 8am, six cars and vans were broken in to or interfered with in the Cirencester and South Cereny areas. So far offences are known to have taken place in Archery Road, Austin Road, Beeches Road and Cricklade Street in Cirencester.
A similar vehicle break in happened in Box Bush Road in South Cerney. Police are reviewing CCTV footage for evidence. We are also aware of a report of suspicious behaviour just after midnight, in the early hours of Friday September 27, in Corinium Gate in Cirencester.

Draycott, Dursley: We have received reports of property being damaged in the Draycott area by unknown persons, firing ball bearings at homes and vehicles. Luckily, nobody has been hurt so far however, Gloucestershire Police are asking members of the public to be vigilant and to report any similar incidents.

Portway, Upton St. Leonards Gloucester: A LDV Convoy Van was reported stolen from the Portway Upton St. Leonards Gloucester. Buscombe Gardens, Hucclecote, Gloucester: A shed was broken into at Buscombe Gardens Hucclecote Gloucester. A bicycle was stolen. Parliament Street, Gloucester: A day time burglary was reported in Parliament Street Gloucester. Money and jewellery were stolen. Huntley, Forest of Dean: There were two attempted breakings into vans at Huntley overnight of September 23 into September 24 . These are part of a series previously reported. Barrs Lane, North Nibley: A burglary was reported at Barrs Lane North Nibley. Entry was gained through the rear patio doors. Various items were stolen.
