Baltimore Teacher Ends Third Grade Class With Mr Rogers's 'Good Feeling' Song

A third-grade teacher in Baltimore County, Maryland, has added some heartwarming fun to his virtual classroom by ending every day with his own version of the song Good Feeling from Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood.

Justin Pugh, a teacher at Pine Grove Elementary School in Baltimore, told Storyful he grew up watching Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood.

“He made me feel how important it was to be myself and how people can like me exactly how I was,” Pugh said.

Pugh says he really enjoys performing music and he believes his students enjoy beginning every day with a special tune.

“I want them to feel loved and I want them to know that they are important and this is my little way of doing that,” he told Storyful. Credit: Justin Pugh via Storyful
