Barcelona Offer Juventus Boss Massimiliano Allegri £8m-a-Year to Join Them Next Season
Barcelona have approached Juventus manager Massimilano Allegri with an offer of £8m-a-year for three years to replace Luis Enrique at the end of the season, according to Italian publication Premium Sport (H/T AS).
Enrique recently announced that this season will be his last at the helm, leaving the La Liga giants searching for the best possible replacement. They have identified the Juve boss as one of their main targets and, if the report is to be believed, are wasting no time in trying to convince him to leave the Serie A for the shores of Spain.
Allegri is considered one of the best managers in Europe at the moment, and looks set to win his third consecutive league title with Juve this season. He will also guide his team through what should be an entertaining two-legged Champions League quarter-final tie against Barca, with the first leg marked down for April 11.
The Italian is also viewed as Arsene Wenger's eventual successor at Arsenal.
The Catalan giants reportedly see Massimiliano Allegri as the perfect replacement for Luis Enrique.

Meanwhile, current Barca assistant manager Juan Carlos Unzue is seen as the favourite to take over from Enrique, but the club are ensuring that they exhaust every effort to bring in a world-class manager before handing him the job.
