Barcelona are looking to temper their LaLiga disappointment with Champions League glory as they welcome Napoli on Saturday night.

Barca fell away in the Spanish title race to lose out to Clasico rivals Real Madrid, with the club also facing divisions off the pitch with Lionel Messi clashing with Quique Setien's staff during the run-in.

But Messi and Barca must put those problems to one side for now as they attempt to seal a spot in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

Barca have not lifted the European Cup since 2015, and time is running out for 33-year-old Messi to claim the famous trophy again.

The Blaugrana have the edge in the tie given their away goal from a 1-1 draw in the first leg, but everything is still to play for at Camp Nou.

Date, time and venue

Barcelona vs Napoli is scheduled for a 8pm BST kick-off on Saturday, August 8, 2020.

The match will be played behind closed doors at Camp Nou with no fans due to be present due to government guidelines regarding coronavirus.

How to watch

TV channel: The match will be televised live on BT Sport 2, with coverage starting from 7:30pm.

Live stream: BT Sport subscribers will be able to stream the match online via the video player and the BT Sport app.

Team news

Barca will be without the suspended Sergio Busquets and Arturo Vidal, but are boosted by the return of Dutch midfielder Frenkie de Jong and French forwards Ousmane Dembele and Antoine Griezmann.

Napoli meanwhile are sweating on the fitness of forward Lorenzo Insigne after he hurt a thigh muscle in his team's last game of the season as they came seventh in Serie A, their worst domestic finish since 2009.

Prediction: Barcelona 2-0 Napoli (2-1 on aggregate)

Barca have thrown away numerous second-leg ties in recent years, and Setien's job depends on going all the way this year.

Head to head (h2h) history and results

The two sides have only met once previously in Uefa competitions - in the first leg of this last-16 tie in Naples.

Antoine Griezmann sealed a draw with an away goal after Dries Mertens opened the scoring for Napoli.
