Ukraine's forces continue to gain ground in territory occupied by Russia, with Vladimir Putin warning that the world is facing its most dangerous decade since World War II. Next, "Ready for Rishi" was his campaign slogan. Now Rishi Sunak has become the first ever prime minister and major party leader of colour in British history. Meanwhile, Brazil is nearing the end of its highly divisive and tense election, with election fatigue setting in as voters tell us they are fed up with the whole process. Finally, protests over the death of Mahsa Amini in Iran show no signs of slowing down.
