BBC EastEnders legend 'confirms' return to soap 10 years after debut as fans go wild
Danny Dyer sent ripples of excitement across the National Television Awards 2024 on Wednesday when he dropped his biggest hint yet about a potential return to EastEnders in the role of Mick Carter.
While live on air, Danny whipped the audience into a frenzy as he pondered out loud about making a dramatic comeback to the soap. The much-loved actor made a direct appeal to his fellow EastEnders actors seated amongst the crowd, expressing how much he missed them. His suggestion that it might be time for him to return as Mick Carter had fans screaming in support.
