BBC Gladiators star Cyclone's incredible transformation in just 4 years in shock photos
A new Gladiator shared their remarkable transformation in just four years - gaining major muscles. Cyclone is one of two new Gladiators appearing on the second series of the rebooted hit show, which returns to BBC One tomorrow night at 5.50pm.
Cyclone, 23, also known as Lystus Ebosele, will be joining the show alongside Hammer, aka Tom Wilson. Cyclone is an Irish powerlifter, and revealed she had only started her fitness journey four years ago.
She showed off incredible photos showing her dramatic transformation in her journey to achieve her physical peak. She captioned the before and after photos: "ONE DAY OR DAY ONE….This was my VERY first progress video when I started my fitness journey 4 years ago and from that moment, I’ve always been working towards being at a peak performing physique."

Before appearing on the show Cyclone has confidently stated: "I’ve got the look, I’ve got the energy and I’ve got the muscles."
Cyclone has 97.5k followers on Instagram and frequently posts videos from her workouts, along with glamorous shots from destinations across the glove on her profile.
The official BBC Gladiators Instagram page shared a preview of her promo shot with the caption: "There’s a Cyclone coming...Cyclone is a whirlwind of destruction that will blow away the competition. Strong, determined and with awesome power, nothing will get in her way."
One excited fan said: 'She is PHENOMENAL. ' Another added: 'What a babe!!" ''She looks like she means business,' a third commented.
Gladiators returns to BBC One on Saturday, January 18 at 5.50pm.
