BBC Silent Witness viewers 'work out' killer as link to suspect 'exposed'

Silent Witness left viewers stunned as the intense two-part episode ended with a dramatic conclusion.

The popular BBC forensic thriller had viewers at the edges of their seats as they tried to figure who was behind the murders which were linked to members associated with housing at Thamesmead Council.

Following Monday night's murders, on Tuesday night (January 14) another hammer attack saw the Lyell team start uncovering connections to a conspiracy involving blackmail and the local government.

But as the show came to a close and Superintendent Jane De Freitas narrowed in, the most likely murder suspect, Claire was later cleared of all suspicion as viewers came to realise that her sister Tina was the culprit behind the hammer murders.
