A couple on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing have been hit with a huge blow just hours before tonight's live show. Following the annual trip to Blackpool last weekend, seven remaining couples are due to return to the ballroom on Saturday, November 23.

They are hoping to impress judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsy Mabuse, Shirley Ballas and Anton Du Beke, along with viewers watching at home. Karen Carney, Briony May Williams and Dominic Skinner appeared on last night's episode of Strictly spin-off show It Take Two.

They revealed who they think could be in danger this weekend. Speaking with host Janette Manrara, they shared who they think will leave.

Karen chose Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystał. But Dominic and Briony both said that JB Gill and Lauren Oakley are at risk of being dropped from the contest, Mirror reports.

The standards on Strictly are steadily rising, with Sarah Hadland, Chris McCausland and Tasha Ghouri continuing to impress. They have recently taken up the top three spots on the Strictly leaderboard.

This weekend, Montell Douglas and Johanness Radebe will bounce back from last week's dread dance-off by taking on the Quickstep to Get Happy by Ella Fitzgerald. Sarah and her partner Vito Coppola will dance the Rumba to Chains by Tina Arena.

Tasha will perform an American Smooth to Someone You Loved by Lewis Capadli with her partner Aljaž Škorjanec. Chris and Dianne Buswell have been given the Pado Doble for week 10 and the song choice has been revealed as El Gato Montes by Manuel Panella.

Jamie Borthwick and Michelle Tsiakkas will dance the Foxtrot to Stand By Me by Ben E. King. JLS star JB and Lauren will perform the Charleston to Yes Sir! That’s My Baby by Firehouse Five Plus Two.

Pete and Jowita will dance the Tango to Easy Lover by Philip Bailey and Phil Collins. Strictly: It Takes Two airs weeknights on BBC Two at 6.30pm and Strictly Come Dancing airs Saturdays and Sundays on BBC One
