BBC Strictly Come Dancing fans left asking if star 'kissed' pro dance partner
Strictly Come Dancing devotees are convinced they saw a "kiss" between TOWIE celebrity Pete Wicks and his dance partner Jowita Przystal.
The BBC competition kicked off with a modern twist on a paso doble to The Prodigy's hit Breathe, which was rather more stompy than viewers were used to. With Pete down on his knees, Jowita rushed over to him and pressed their faces together – and fans are sure they saw their lips touch.
Instantly flocking to X, formerly Twitter, one penned: "Was that a KISS between Pete and Jowita?" As another said: "Plz tell me I'm not the only one who saw Pete kiss his dance partner during their routine just now?"
Others quickly commented, with statements like: "Obsessed with Pete just walking around for two minutes and kissing Jowita a few times!" and "I can already hear the rumours starting about Pete and Jowita!"
One particularly curious fan pondered, "But why did they kiss three times? !"

Decked out in full leather trousers and a waistcoat, complemented by black eyeliner, Pete's look was quite the surprise for such an intricate dance. Nevertheless, viewers were largely impressed by his competent moves despite the complex costume.
Comments like "Only Strictly can give you the tears of a mum watching her leather-clad son dancing the paso doble to Dave Arch's cover version Breathe by The Prodigy," peppered social media, alongside others like "I am not a Strictly girly but I will be watching it just for Pete Wicks in a bit of leather."
Strictly has once again commenced for 2024 following an exhilarating launch show. The first week sees the celebrities and their professional partners pair up for their initial opportunity to secure a spot on the leaderboard with a performance, reports the Mirror.
Despite receiving feedback and scores from the judges, no one will be eliminated in the first week. The real tension begins in week two when one celebrity will be sent home permanently.
Audiences can get involved when the lines open next Saturday (September 28) in week two, and the first elimination of the series will be broadcast the following night (Sunday, September 29). Tonight's action will start at 7pm on BBC One, but there won't be a results show this weekend.
Currently leading the betting odds are X Factor winner Shayne Ward and JLS star JB Gill however, former professional dancer Erin Boag has highlighted that Miranda star Sarah Hadland is also a contender to keep an eye on.
