BBC Strictly Come Dancing spoiler divides fans as leaked dance-off result branded a 'travesty'
Strictly Come Dancing viewers have been left 'shocked' after a spoiler leaked online, revealing the results of this week's dance-off and which couples have made it to the semi-final.
With just six couples remaining in the latest series of the hit BBC show, competition is really heating up in the ballroom - with the pressure on all those left in to not only impress the Strictly judges, but also wow viewers at home enough to earn their votes to try and stay out of the bottom two.
Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell, Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola, Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystał, Tasha Ghouri and Aljaž Škorjanec, JB Gill and Lauren Oakley, and Montell Douglas and Johannes Radebe are the remaining couples competing for a place in next week's penultimate battle - but one of these pairs will be voted off the show tonight.

There were plenty of memorable moments during Musicals Week, which saw the couples take to the dance floor with tunes from famous West End and Broadway hits. JLS star JB Gill and his professional partner Lauren Oakley soared to the top of the leader board with an impressive score of 39, dancing a Viennese waltz to Let's Go Fly A Kite from Mary Poppins.
Meanwhile, pro Dianne Buswell struggled to contain her emotions after dancing the Quickstep set to You're The Top from Anything Goes with fan favourite Chris McCausland, which saw a grand ensemble of professional dancers incorporated into their act. But it was Pete Wicks and his professional partner Jowita Przystal who found themselves at the bottom of the score board this week, after failing to win over the judges with their waltz to Somewhere from West Side Story.
This week's Strictly result will air on BBC One on Sunday evening, but as always the result leaked online late on Saturday, just hours after fans cast their votes. We won't spoil tonight's show by revealing exactly who ends up in the dance-off, but the outcome has certainly caused a stir amongst the show's fanbase, with some branding it an "absolute disgrace".
"I'm really shocked about one of the couples in tonight's dance-off," one viewer said after finding out the result. "Devastated about the couple going home as they've been my favourites since Week 1."
"What an absolutely travesty," another fan raged, while a third complained: "It's becoming a joke now." Some even called for the rules of the show to be changed after the dance-off outcome was leaked.
Someone else said: "Absolutely awful bottom two yet again." But others were more pleased with the result, with one viewer insisting: "This is what Strictly is all about!"
Tune in to the results show at 7.20pm on BBC One and iPlayer to see who has made it through to the Strictly semi-finals.
