BBC Strictly Come Dancing star 'on brink of leaving' after being 'done dirty'
BBC Strictly Come Dancing fans think a star is "on the brink of leaving" after spotting an alarming clue. BBC viewers spotted the tell-tale sign during Saturday night's edition of Strictly Come Dancing, which saw Tasha Ghouri, the ITV Love Island star, top the leaderboard.
But rather than Tasha, on Twitter/X all BBC fans were focusing on was Paul Merson, who many think is at risk of becoming the first celebrity contestant to be sent home. One viewer rushed to type after his performance: "Paul Merson will be going home."
A second Strictly Come Dancing fan wrote: "Very difficult to look past Paul or Toyah leaving first. Was leaning towards Toyah pre-show, but given the scores, comments, and early running order slot I think I've just flipped and lean towards Paul going now."

A third chimed: "Toyah or Paul will go tomorrow. But votes will be needed for some." Another said: " You know when you feel your life is missing something, but you’re not quite sure what it is? Turns out it’s Paul Merson dancing to Pitbull in a pair of sparkly leopard print pants."
Another added on social media: "The producers are determined to make Paul the laughing stock but I think he's really entertaining and at least he's giving the SCD experience a good go. I'll be surprised if he isn't in the dance-off tomorrow night. I feel for Karen."
"I feel really sorry for Paul Merson watching Strictly because you can tell he wants to do so much better and be taken more seriously….Strictly better not do him dirty next week," another commented on social media as the show played out.
Former England star Merson, who is known as Merse, is a Sky Sports pundit and former Aston Villa midfielder. He and Karen Hauer, his pro partner, scored 15 from the judges on September 28.
