BBC Strictly Come Dancing star 'doesn't see' co-star appearing on show again
Brendan Cole has claimed a BBC Strictly Come Dancing star is "in danger" of leaving the programme this weekend. Strictly Come Dancing is rolling into Blackpool this weekend, for its annual special in the North West town.
But former pro says this week's show could spark trouble for Gladiators star Montell Douglas. Former Strictly Come Dancing star Brendan said Montell, who is partnered with Johannes Radebe, could land in the bottom two.
Speaking to the Express, Brendan said: “In my opinion, for the second week running, Montell [Douglas] was slightly overmarked for her number. There was a lack of technique in there. It was a very good number visually, really strong. She's doing great stuff, and he [Johannes Radebe] is being a fantastic partner.

“As a visual, it was great, but I don't see her keeping up at the moment. The last couple of weeks, for me, she has had two average weeks - not reflected in Saturday night's score. She had great scores and great comments on Saturday, but I didn't see it as that. "
Brendan claimed she may be "in danger". Last week the pair performed a powerful Paso Doble to Lola's Theme by The Shapeshifters. The judges were full of praise for their fiery performance, earning an honourable 36 points. They were joint third on the leaderboard alongside Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystal.
Motsi said: "I loved it. I got lost in the dance - clear message, there was spice, attack and fire in every moment." Shirley echoed these sentiments , calling Montell the "warrior of the evening". Craig called the performance "almost perfect" due to a "sickled foot".
In an Instagram post, Douglas shared her excitement with a video of the dance partners alongside the caption: "BLACKPOOL HERE WE COME!!! Thank you so much for your votes this week. We are BEYOND grateful to be going to Blackpool!"
