BBC Strictly Come Dancing week 1 leaderboard and scores as celebs perform for first time
Strictly Come Dancing officially returned tonight as the celebrities and their pro partners took to the dance floor for the first time. Week one of the competition kicked off with all 15 celebrities performing their first ever dances.
While some wowed judges Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, Anton Du Beke and Motsi Mabuse with their debut dances, others proved they would have a harder time nailing the moves. Luckily for them, no-one leaves the BBC show tonight.
The celebs are given a week's grace with no elimination to take place tomorrow night. The first celebrity will be eliminated next Saturday, Sunday, September 29.

JB Gill and partner Amy Dowden swept straight to the top of the leaderboard with an incredible Waltz on the opening night, scoring a very impressive 31 points out of 40.
At the minute, Toyah, Pete and Paul all seem to be at risk as they are at the bottom of the leaderboard. But all could change with next week's dances and their scores.
