BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Chris McCausland makes show exit admission as fans say 'it's criminal'
Strictly Come Dancing's Chris McCausland was supported as he shared a show exit admission. The Liverpool comedian took to the dancefloor tonight for Halloween Week alongside Dianne Buswell.
The two kicked off tonight's spooky themed episode with a Samba to Staying Alive. Chris is the show's first ever blind contestant and has emerged as an early favourite to lift the Glitterball with his incredible performances.
Chris received slightly less glowing verdict from the judges this week as Anton Du Beke criticised the routine for lacking fluidity. The comic admitted he was nervous after the routine as he shared his concern he could exit the show.
He said: "We've lost four people so far this series, two of them on Sambas. And we've had four dance offs and three of them have had people who've gone on first so the maths is against us this week."

Chris received a combined score of 26, which was tied with this week's favourite to exit the competition, Dr Punam Krishan. Fans following the show on social media platform X were disappointed with the scoring system.
Jordan said: "Criminal that Craig scored Punam & Gorka higher than Chris & Dianne" However, other fans reassured Chris as they think Dr Punam did not do enough to avoid the dance off this week and will be next to be eliminated.
Ryan said: "I’m a fan of Punam but that was poor. Dull and forgettable. I think her time is up this week." Linda commented: "That wasn't Punams worst but it's her time to go I think" Luke said: "it’s a shame they’re about to send her home in a few hours."
Eva added: "Surely it’s Punam’s time this week" Val commented: "By rights Punam should be the one to go this week as she’s very clearly the weakest dancer left. Gorka was almost carrying her through that tango"
Dr Punam is the favourite to exit the competition with odds this week having the Morning Live doctor at 6/4 to leave. UK Director at BetMGM, Sam Behar, said: “Punam Krishan might be the favourite for the next Strictly elimination at 6/4 but, unlike in previous weeks, we haven’t got anyone who is odds-on so it’s not a full-gone conclusion by any means.
“The Scottish doctor is 6/4 to go home on Sunday, but Sam Quek (6/4), Pete Wicks (5/1), Shayne Ward (11/2) and even JB Gill (8/1) are all considered contenders for the exit door.”
