BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Stacey Dooley says 'life hits you fast' in personal update
Stacey Dooley has shared an honest insight into her personal life. The television presenter regularly shares updates with her 1.2m Instagram followers and in her most recent update she admitted "life hits you fast".
Sharing a post to her Instagram story, the former Strictly Come Dancing star said: "me, hanging on for dear life trying to juggle it all" with a sad face emoji. In a further post she wrote a more lengthy statement: "No I can't, because I'm no longer an OTT 20 yr old, really feeling the business running around Luton... but an overstimulated, tired mother rushing back from work.. life hits you hard kids."

Despite the honest admission, the 37-year-old remains busy and has recently thrilled fans with an exciting career update. She teased fans that a new documentary is on the way. Sharing a still from an interview during the editing process. She said: "I’m SO v excited for this one! Ta SO much girls. And well done to Anna and Flo, the duo who make it all happen. It’s gonna be a GOODIE."
Away from the screen, Stacey is in a happy relationship with professional dancer, Kevin Clifton. The couple met when they were partnered together on the 16th season of Strictly Come Dancing in 2018 and went on to lift the Glitterball. They are proud parents of Minnie, who was born last year.
After teasing her latest project, Kevin took to the comments off her post and said: "Can’t wait to watch." Kevin told the ECHO in an exclusive interview how the family have recently relocated to Liverpool. Stacey's mum is originally from Liverpool and Kevin explained they decided to move up north so Minnie could be closer to her nan.
The couple took just moments to decide their new home in Merseyside as Kevin told the ECHO: "Stacey loves looking at houses on the internet. Looking at interiors and stuff is her favourite thing to do."
