BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Tasha Ghouri 'slips up' as single comment brings results show 'crashing down'
Strictly Come Dancing fans rushed to social media as they claimed Tasha Ghouri 'sipped up' and joked she brought the 'illusion' of the results show being live on a Sunday evening 'crashing down' with a single comment.
The former Love Island star had another successful night in the ballroom over the weekend as she returned to the dance floor alongside professional dance partner Aljaz Skorjanec.
They opened the week eight live show on Saturday night (November 9) as they quickstepped around the studio to Fantasy by Mariah Carey. Tasha and Aljaz offered everything we needed to see in a quick step", according to Shirley Ballas, and they were awarded 37 points from the judges.

The score left them joint top of the leaderboard alongside JB Gill and Lauren Oakley who set the ballroom alight with their samba that "stunned" the four judges - Shirley, Anton Du Beke, Craig Revel Horwood and Motsi Mabuse.
Commenting on their dance to Mas Que Nada by Sergio Mendes, judge Anton Du Beke said: "I am stunned, stunned. Last week. You did your couple’s choice and I said: ‘Please can you bring this moving forward? Just bring it and stick it on another dance.’ Man alive, did you bring it!"
It was then revealed during Sunday night's (November 10) results show that Tasha and Aljaz were among the eight couple through to week nine of Strictly's 20th-anniversary series, which also marks the annual trip to Blackpool for the entire show.
Sitting with Claudia Winkleman following the confirmation, Tasha was asked about her experience of the seaside town, during which she recalled not stopping off in Blackpool but driving through to see the famous illuminations. But it was when she was asked about being surprised by making it through to another week in the competition that she 'slipped up'.
In response to Claudia asking her if she was "worried" about her place in the show, the 26-year-old said: "Everyone was amazing tonight. Everyone was incredible and you just don't know what's going to happen. It's at that point now where the competition is so spectacular you just never know."
And it was Tasha's use of 'tonight' which got viewers flocking to social media as Strictly fans know the hosts and stars usually refer to the live show being 'last night' despite the results show being filmed straight after the main show on a Saturday night before being aired the following either.
@sarah_scute asked: "Did Tasha just slip up "Everyone was amazing tonight"... you mean last night, right? #StrictlyComeDancing #strictly." @ameliaabethany echoed: "Tasha slipping up and saying tonight #strictly." @kirv96 said: "Tasha: "Everyone was so good tonight" #Strictly Producers thinking they are still getting away with the Live Results show bit; #StrictlyComeDancing."
@fansvfavourites joked: "The 20 year illusion comes crashing down as hurricane tasha says “everyone was great TONIGHT” #Strictly@reploverlore added: "Tasha said tonight #Strictly."
